Indian Board Tracker from 1929. Before the war, the American Indian Motorcycles dominated the motorsport with their racing machines. Some races were run on wooden tracks with so called Boardtrackers.


Hercules K 50 RL

The moped Hercules K 50 RL was built from 1974 to 1976. The 50cc Sachs engine had 6.2 hp and turned up to 8000 rpm. The vehicles had a top speed to about 90 km/h.


Custom Harley-Davidson

Harley-Davidson custombike of Choppers World in Gelsenkirchen (Germany), short called CWG. The design based on a  professional American football team in Dusseldorf called Rhein Fire. 2007, the team was disbanded but at CWG they are still successful working.


Starflite GTS

The Dutch company Intercycle sold in Germany under the label "Starflite" about the department store chain Karstadt. The Starflite GTS was sold from 1973 to 1979. The two-stroke engine moped reached up to 90 km/h top speed.



Yamaha SR 500

The Yamaha SR 500 was built from 1978 to 1999. For the Japanese market until today as SR 400, in 2014 it will also be offered again in Germany. The 34 HP version has a top speed about 145 km/h. 2003 were 20,000 units registered in Germany.

In 1984 Harley-Davidson presents the first light metal engine which has been developed by Porsche in Weissach. It was the first full gas engine that the American brand ever had. It was called Evolution.



Piaggio Vespa

Piaggio Vespa scooter from 1954 with 125cc. The Vespa scooter conquered the streets of Italy in the post-war period from 1947 on. The scooter construction was built to get a woman friendly vehicle, because many men were killed in the war.



Triumph Speed Triple

The Triumph Speed Triple has been one of the first mass-produced Streetfighter models in the 90th. Triumph was very successful with this bike. Today it is the best selling model of the English brand.


Zündapp Bergsteiger

The Zündapp Bergsteiger is a two speed moped from the manufacturer Zündapp. The Moped was produced from 1965 to 1977. The Top Speed was ??40 km/h at 1.5 hp.

The R 80 G/S in 1980 was the first enduro with multi-cylinder engine. It was the first big travelling Enduro at all. BMW won several times in the Paris-Dakar Rally with the base of this bike.
